SOUL JOURNEY SESSION
A guided descent into the subconscious and multidimensional self
In a Soul Journey session, I gently guide you into a light trance state, similar to hypnosis or deep meditation, where the conscious mind softens and the deeper layers of your being become accessible.
This is not about forcing an experience.
It is about allowing what is already within you to rise into awareness.
In this expanded awareness, we enter the inner landscape of your subconscious.
This may include:
- Childhood memories
- Emotional imprints
- Subconscious patterns
- Ancestral threads
- Past life imagery
- Symbolic or archetypal realms
- Encounters with guides or higher aspects of self
In this state, the nervous system is regulated and receptive. The body is no longer defending, it is remembering.
When memories or patterns surface from this deeper layer, we can work with them directly. Rather than analysing them intellectually, we engage them experientially. This is where profound shifts occur.
Sometimes this looks like:
* Meeting a younger version of yourself and offering her what she did not receive
* Releasing an outdated belief stored in the body
* Rewriting a symbolic memory
* Returning lost energy
* Dissolving contracts or vows that no longer serve
* Integrating fragmented parts of the psyche
When change happens at the level of imagery, emotion, and embodied experience, it often creates ripple effects through the nervous system and subconscious patterning.

What to Expect
A Soul Journey is a guided process that gently leads you into a receptive, subconscious state. Many people describe this as similar to a light trance, deep meditation, or hypnagogic state — the space between waking and dreaming.
The session will last approximately 60 minutes, with additional time for integration, reflection, and any channelled guidance that may arise. Please allow around 90 minutes in total.
Depending on your natural perception style, you may:
* See imagery, symbols, or memories
* Feel sensations or emotional releases
* Hear guidance internally
* Experience shifts through intuitive knowing

Your conscious mind may occasionally question what is happening.
This is completely normal. The invitation is simply to stay curious and allow whatever arises without trying to control or analyse it in the moment.
The most important preparation is an open mind and a willingness to surrender to the process.
How to Prepare
To receive the fullest benefit from your session, we recommend the following:
* Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and heavy foods for several hours beforehand.
This helps your nervous system soften and allows you to drop into a deeper, more receptive state.
* Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
Your body should feel completely at ease, with no restriction.
* Arrive well hydrated.
Water supports energetic flow and clarity.
If you are joining remotely:
* Choose a quiet, undisturbed space where you will not be interrupted.
* Draw the curtains or use an eye mask to reduce visual stimulation.
* Make sure your body is fully supported — you may wish to place a pillow under your knees or arms so you can relax completely.
The more physically comfortable you are, the more easily you can surrender into the experience.
